Subscriptions

On registering for a subscription, the registered user agrees to the following: to receive the newest editions of YAGE reisemagazin.com by newsletter, and to be made aware of the related various offers, sales, coupons, raffles, etc. 

On registering for the newsletter or participation in the raffles/couponing campaignes the user agrees that his entered personal data may be saved  and used for the operation of the online service of CH and their partners. Unless agreed upon with the user,

The subscription is free.  If the contract terms contain no provision for the contract term, such a subscription shall be concluded for an undetermined period and may be terminated by each party with a cancellation period of 30 days to the end of a each month and can be sent by mail to the address above or by email to newsletter@reisemagazin.com. 

Eligibility Requirements

All persons over the age of 18 are permitted to participate in the raffles or couponing campaigns presented by CE. Each participant may only participate in each raffle or couponing campaign one time. Participation is free. Participation is only possible through the direct entry of data in an online form by the participant. Associations of players are not permitted to participate. Double entry, and entry by automatically generated script, is not permitted. Associations of players through CD-ROM are also not permitted. Company employees, as well as their immediate families, are not permitted to participate. 

By participating in raffles or couponing campaigns, the participant agrees that the personal data may be processed and used  for advertising purposes of CE and their co-operation partners. The aim is to surprise people with special prices and product samples, as well as inform them of sales and updates.

Winners will be chosen randomly. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days after the end of the raffles, he loses his right to the prize, and a new winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will be contacted by e-mail or by phone call to the e-mail address or phone number entered in the online form. 

The presenter reserves the right to postpone or discontinue the raffles at any time, including when the continuation of the raffles is interrupted by unforeseen technical or legal circumstances. 

Prizes may not be substituted for cash. Recourse to a court of law is prohibited. By participating in raffles or couponing campaigns, the participant automatically agrees to abide by the eligibility requirements.

Each coupon or raffle may include, in addition to the eligibility requirements listed here, a set of additional eligibility requirements. This includes coupons or raffles that are integrated into the website. These additional eligibility requirements are determined by our partner(s) and can be found in the online magazine at the relevant raffle or coupon homepage. These requirements should be read carefully, as they take precedence in case of conflict with the general terms and conditions.
In certain cases, online services will be provided by our partners. The terms and conditions of these partners are applicable for these services and take precedence in cases when there is a conflict.

CE reserves the right to trace the user's actions and/or take all necessary precautions upon suspicion of misuse or significant breach of contract. Upon reasonable suspicion of misuse, CE reserves the right to block the user's account until the user disproves the suspicions. In especially serious cases, the user's contract can be terminated indefinitely. When the user disproves the suspicions, his account will be unblocked.

In the circumstances described above, the user will be required to replace all damages resulting from misuse of the service. The user is only accountable for the damages he himself has caused. CE reserves the right to require additional fees for damages proven after the fact or minor damages, even after fees have already been receive according to the preceding clause.

Privacy Policy

For CE, compliance with current privacy norms and thus the protection of the private sphere and personal data is a matter of course.. In all cases where the possibility to enter personal or commercial data in the website exists, information is to be divulged by the user strictly according to his own free will.
On registering for the newsletter or participation in the raffles/couponing campaignes the user agrees that his entered personal data may be saved  and used for the operation of the online service of CH and their partners. Unless agreed upon with the user, personal data will not be  passed to third parties.
Exceptions concern the following aims: protections of other users, assurance of low and order, protection of the rights of CE, compliance to the terms of rules and support with technical problems.
